1.3 Booking & Payments

All bookings are made online.
Payments are processed securely via PayPal.
A booking is confirmed once payment is received.

1.4 Refunds & Cancellations

Mentoring Sessions

48+ hours’ notice: Full refund or free reschedule.
24–48 hours’ notice: 50% refund or one paid reschedule.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund.
No‑shows: No refund.
Late arrivals: Session ends at the scheduled time.

Digital Products

Instant‑download products are non‑refundable once accessed.
Faulty files will be replaced or refunded.

Affiliate Purchases

Refunds for affiliate products are handled by the retailer, not Road Ready Mentoring.

1.5 User Responsibilities

By using this website or our services, you agree to:

Follow all UK laws for supervising learner drivers.
Ensure the learner has a valid provisional licence, insurance, and L plates.
Use your own judgement during practice sessions.
Follow the Highway Code and DVSA rules.

You accept full responsibility for any driving conducted based on our guidance.

1.7 Intellectual Property

All text, branding, PDFs, and resources belong to Road Ready Mentoring unless stated otherwise.
Some third‑party videos or images are shared under fair use or embedding permissions.
Downloads are for personal use only.
You may not copy, resell, or redistribute content without permission.

1.8 Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
